PM Prowler Session

On Tuesday evening I went out for a light prowl.  The last conditioning session before the Dub'ville Pro this weekend.

1 Plate per side

Single (down 30 yds, back 30 yds)
Double (down and back X2)
1.5  (down, back, down)
Single
Single

Rest periods were fairly short, only Dane and Sarah joined me on this.
