Training

Last light lift before Dub'ville this weekend.  This has been a very boring week to start a training log here on the new blog.

Shoulder circuit

Feel good right now shoulder circuit- 2 sets

Push-ups X20, X20
Chins- X10, X10
GHR- X10, X10
3 way shoulder circuit X12/direction, X12/dir

Extra stretching for lats and pecs

After training I went directly to visit my chiro for an adjustment.
